Senior Software Engineer Full Time

As the Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, installing, and maintaining software systems and solutions.   

Responsibilities  

• Lead the design and architecture of complex software systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. 
• Write high-quality, maintainable code and contribute to the development of critical components of the software. 
• Tackle technical problems, debug issues, and provide innovative solutions to meet project requirements. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product management, quality assurance, and DevOps to deliver high-quality software products. 
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.  
• Create and maintain technical documentation. 
• Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize code and system architecture for improved efficiency and scalability. 
• Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the development process to ensure successful project delivery. 
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and effective communication among team members. 

Requirements 

• Must have a current/active TS/SCI and be willing and able to obtain a CI polygraph. 
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field. 
• 5 years of related experience
  – At least one year of experience with backend language (Python, C#, Java)
  – At least one year of experience with web framework (e.g. Django, FastAPI, Flask)
  – At least one year of experience with Javascript framework (e.g. React, Vue, Angular)
  – At least one year of experience with DevOps and automation tool (e.g. Docker, Ansible, Gitlab)
