Lead Software Engineer Full Time

As the Lead Software Engineer, you will be responsible for leading, supporting, and managing and team of software engineers in large projects.   

Responsibilities  

• Lead larger projects and work with company leaders to guide technical vision and best practices
• Implementation of features and resolution of technical challenges
• Demoing new software solutions as needed
• Designing larger systems, estimate stories, and assisting in planning project resourcing
• Create and maintain technical documentation 
• Contribute to the growth and maturity of the Software Engineering group 
• Actively participating as a mentor and leader in the Software Development organization

Requirements:   

• 6 years of software development experience
• BS in Computer Science/Software Engineering
• Team leadership experience
• Full Stack Development experience
  -Backend: Java SpringBoot
  -Frontend: React, Angular, or Vue
  -Database: Mongdb, or MySQL
  -Devops: Docker containerization, Jenkins, git, or maven
• Maintain a U.S. national security clearance.
