As the Help Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers.
Responsibilities
- IT tech support via phone or chat
- Understands how to prioritize issues and will escalate problems to management
- Learn new support technology
- Continually strives to enhance knowledge through ongoing training
- Processes and handles requests and orders for computer equipment
- Administrative tasks
Requirements:
- 1+ years of help desk experience
- Experience with Windows, Citrix, or Microsoft
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
